THACO KIA Plant, in collaboration with THACO Chu Lai's Labor Safety and Fire Prevention Department, conducted a fire, occupational safety, and electrical safety drill on April 6. The training involved 40 employees from the Welding and Assembly workshops.

As part of a training agreement signed on April 14, 2023, 25 employees from THACO AUTO's THACO KIA Plant will be deployed to oversee Kia Sonet production for ADM Company in Uzbekistan, from February 15 to May 25, 2024

To improve productivity, and technology content to optimize its production processes, THACO KIA employees have been strongly embracing development activities by continuously launching technical improvement initiatives and applying IT and digital transformation in production and business.

From May 17 to November 1, THACO Kia Plant organizes a 4-section course on Kia Sonet manufacturing technologies for more than 200 employees who are managers and workers at ADM (Uzbekistan).
